D materiel are consistent with safety and environmental considerations and energy conservation objectives; - program results are disseminated throughout the industrial base; - the skills and capabilities of the manufacturing workforce are sustained and enhanced along with promoting high levels of worker education and training; and- other national defense needs are met with investments directed toward areas of greatest need and potential benefit. Tech has one singular mission and shared strategic vision, all of the projects and initiatives are selected and executed through the Service and Agency Man. Tech Programs.
